Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services offered via wazamba-aussie.com and accessed or reviewed through Wazamba (collectively, the "Website").   • User or Player: Any natural person who accesses the Website, with or without registering an account, including any person who participates in games, places bets, claims bonuses, or interacts with customer support.
  • Account: A personal, non-transferable account registered by a User on the Website, enabling access to gambling products, transactions, and related services.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

User Obligations and Security

  • Accuracy of information: You must promptly update your Account details if they change, including your address, contact details, and payment information.
  • Confidentiality of credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other login data. Any action performed via your Account is deemed to be undertaken by you.
  • Unauthorised access: If you suspect your Account details have been compromised or that unauthorised use has occurred, you must immediately: The Operator is not liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to protect your credentials.
  • Prohibited uses: You must not:
    • Open an Account on behalf of another person or transfer your Account;

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • Offer and acceptance: A Bet is accepted when it is registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your betting or game history. Screen or connection errors do not necessarily indicate that a Bet has been accepted.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed in the game interface. You may not place Bets below or above those limits. The Operator may adjust limits at any time.
  • Real-money vs bonus funds: Bets may be placed using real-money funds, bonus funds, or a combination thereof, subject to specific bonus and wagering rules. Priority rules for which funds are used first may be defined in the Game or bonus rules.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • Player-initiated changes: After a Bet has been accepted and displayed in your bet/game history, you generally cannot cancel or modify it.
  • Operator cancellations: The Operator may, acting reasonably, void, cancel, or adjust Bets if:

Bonus Terms

Bonus Activation and Eligibility

  • Non-exclusive nature: This clause does not affect your right, where applicable law so provides, to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
